You may replace any product purchased at STORE.TODS.COM within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Please contact our Customer Service to request a return authorization number to be included on the return form that you received with your order and to reserve the item that you wish to receive as a replacement. Use the pre-addressed and pre-paid UPS label, apply it on the box of your order (or a box with similar features) so as to cover the delivery information of the previous shipment. You may arrange pickup of the package to the address of your choice. Please contact UPS by phone or online within 14 working days from the date of delivery to arrange a pickup date and communicate the pickup address: the courier will come to pick up the package where you wish. The replacement product must arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition, complete with accessories, label, leaflet and in its original packaging, together with a copy of the invoice and returns form completed in its entirety. STORE.TODS.COM reserves the right to refuse replacement or late return of products that are not in the same condition in which they were received. Please note that in the exchange process we will first repay the amount paid with the same method of payment used and then make a new transaction at the time of shipment of the new item.
